TL;DR
Easy8 has expanded into Taiwan and Southeast Asia through new local partnerships, bringing its WorkOps platform, migration expertise, and regional support closer to customers.
A partnership built around customer needs
Many organizations are re-evaluating their work management environments — reducing tool complexity, responding to shifts in vendor licensing, or gaining more control over where their data lives.
With Easy8, teams can consolidate project management, IT service operations, software delivery, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration in one connected platform.
The partnership adds local support, migration know-how, and a clear path forward for organizations ready to make that transition or adapting a new project management tool.
What makes Easy8 partnerships win-win
For partners, choosing a new vendor solution raises practical questions: Can I validate the opportunity before making a heavy upfront investment? Will I have the sales materials I need? Who supports me in the first customer conversations?
These are the challenges we addressed from day one. Easy8 brings:
- product depth,
- migration expertise,
- implementation methodology.
Our new partners, Linktech, Beesoft, and DevOps Tec, bring customer relationships, local presence, and delivery capability. Customers gain a mature WorkOps platform introduced and supported by a team that already knows their market.
Local presence matters
In Taiwan and Southeast Asia, language and proximity are often deciding factors in whether an evaluation moves forward. Customers need more than English documentation and remote vendor communication. Also, they need a partner who can explain the solution clearly, support internal discussions locally, and help teams feel confident through evaluation, implementation, and migration.
This is exactly what the local partner presence in this collaboration enables.
From first conversations to delivery readiness
Our cooperation began in late 2025, with the focus on building real delivery readiness, not just a commercial agreement. We worked closely with the partner team on Easy8's product capabilities, implementation methodology, and migration know-how, especially for organizations reviewing complex project structures, workflows, roles, and permissions.
On the partner side, Judy Hung played a key role in coordinating this work and moving the partnership from initial conversations to practical enablement. As a result, the partner side now has an Easy8 Certified Consultant — meaning customer conversations in Taiwan and Southeast Asia can start with a team that genuinely understands the product, the process, and the local context.
Looking ahead
If your organization in Taiwan or Southeast Asia is reviewing its current work management, ITSM, DevOps, or Atlassian environment, Easy8 and DevOps Tec are ready to support your next steps: with migration know-how and flexible deployment options including on-premises and cloud.
If you are a software consulting, implementation, or licensing partner looking for a strong on-premises WorkOps alternative to add to your portfolio, we are happy to extend this working partnership model to your organization.
