Easy8 includes a built-in MCP server available at the /mcp endpoint of every instance.
Once connected, AI agents can automatically discover available tools and interact with live Easy8 data, including issues, projects, users, and time entries. All requests continue to follow Easy8’s existing permission model and visibility rules, ensuring that access controls remain fully enforced.
The AI does not gain any special privileges. It can only perform actions and view data available to the user associated with the API key it uses.
