After your 30-day trial expires, your account will be locked. Your trial data will still be available for 2 weeks before being permanently deleted.  You'll need to contact our sales team to continue using Easy8.

While all core features are available during the trial, some advanced extensions like Knowledge Base or Easy AI testing require discussion with our sales team.

Trial users (started a free trial): Contact our sales team to convert your trial into a paid subscription.

For cloud subscriptions, a minimum of 10 user licenses is required.
For on-premises subscriptions, a minimum of 25 user licenses is required.

We offer special pricing for teams with 100+ users. The exact discount depends on your team size and specific requirements. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your organisation's needs.

Yes, it is possible. If you decide to move to your own servers, we will prepare a complete software package with a database for you.

However, you would have to purchase the server license for Easy8, since the cloud solution is just a service.

It is the same with data from a trial which you might like to keep after the purchase.

Cloud

The cloud solution is hosted on Easy8 Software Ltd servers across 20+ global locations. View our cloud locations on the map. This option gives you the right to use the software in the cloud for your subscription period, including all software updates.

The cloud solution includes software updates for the whole hosted period.

Server subscription (on-premises)

The server subscription solution is hosted on your own servers, giving you full control over the software. With this option, you rent the software for a defined period. The subscription includes software updates and technical support during the entire subscription period. 

Once the subscription ends, the software can no longer be used, and you are required to uninstall it.

Server perpetual (on-premises)

The server perpetual solution is also hosted on your own servers, giving you full control over the software. With this option, you purchase the software license together with updates and support for a minimum of one year. 

After the update and support subscription ends, you can continue using the software indefinitely. However, you will no longer receive updates or technical support, and some features may become limited.
