Understanding the To-Do List
What is the To-Do List?
The To-Do list is a built-in feature that helps users track small tasks or reminders in a private checklist format. It is not connected to projects, issues, or other shared modules. Only the logged-in user can view and edit their own To-Do items.
Accessing the To-Do List
To open the To-Do list, click the To-Do icon (clipboard symbol) in the top menu bar. To-Do list icon in the main navigation bar.
Using the To-Do List
After clicking the icon, a side panel will open showing your current checklists.
- Each checklist is shown under its own header (e.g., Personal List, To-Do).
- You can add a new To-Do item under any list.
- Click the checkbox next to an item to mark it as complete.
- Use the Add a new list button at the bottom to create a custom-named list for separating tasks.
