Project-Level Resource Management allows you to:

Plan and assign tasks to users within a specific project
Monitor individual workloads only within the selected project
Drag & drop task allocations and adjust planned durations
Filter users by roles, skills, trackers, or custom attributes
View available capacities based on attendance and assignments

This level is useful when managing focused teams or working on detailed project planning.

How It Works

You open Project-Level Resource Management using the Resource Management tab in the top navigation of a selected project.

The view shows users who are:

Assigned to that project
Have active tasks
Have permissions for resource planning

You can switch between:

Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Quarterly
Yearly

Users can interact with the timeline using:

Drag & drop – to move or resize task bars
Custom filters – by user role, tracker, skill, etc.
Visual indicators – to check workload status

Workload Indicators

Red (N) – User is overloaded on a particular day
Purple (N) – Manually adjusted allocation
Light Blue – User has no work assigned
White – User has free capacity
Cyan – User has optimal workload
Pink – User is overloaded
Orange – Reservation
