Agile Resource Management is a separate feature from traditional Resource Management in Easy8. It is designed to help you manage and plan team capacities within Agile project structures such as Scrum and Kanban. It provides a clear visual timeline and helps you organize project deliverables, team workloads, and task dependencies in an Agile context.

What Makes Agile Resource Management Different?

Standalone Agile Timeline

Agile Resource Management has its own section in the global menu:
Global menu >> Agile Resources
This area displays a color-coded timeline of current Agile project deliveries and allows visual tracking of team workloads.

Dashboard Integration

You can display Agile Resource Management directly on your dashboard via widget:
Dashboard >> Add Widget >> Agile Resources

Permissions

Permissions must be granted in:
Administration >> Roles and permissions >> Agile Resources
You can allow users to view or manage Agile Resource Management independently.

Project-Level Interaction

You can manage resources on a per-project basis, using options like:

Add workers
Create project events
Remove project

These controls are available directly in the Agile Resources interface next to each listed project.

Events Management: You can manage allocations by adding or deleting them easily.
