Understanding the Activity Feed
What is the Activity Feed?
The Activity Feed is a tool that shows the latest updates relevant to the currently logged-in user. These include actions like comments, document changes, and discussions related to assigned or followed tasks.
Accessing the Activity Feed
To open the Activity Feed, click the flag icon in the top navigation bar. This icon may show a red badge with the number of new updates.
Viewing the Feed
After clicking the icon, a side panel opens displaying a stream of recent activities. Each item in the list includes:
- Who made the update
- Which project and page it relates to
- A timestamp and preview of the content
Filtering the Feed
At the bottom of the panel, click the settings button (gear icon) to open the Ad-hoc view. Here you can:
- Choose to display read updates
- Set a timeframe with Last x days to filter recent activity
Notification Page View
Clicking the Notification page button will open a full-page view of the same feed. This view is ideal for reviewing a longer list of updates or applying more filters.
