How to Use the Write Assistant
Step 1: Locate a Text Field
Open any task where you can write or edit content — such as a comment or the task description.
Step 2: Highlight Text to Show the AI Icon
Select any portion of text inside the field. After highlighting the text, a small AI icon will appear. Click this icon to open the Write Assistant menu.
Step 3: Choose an Action
Select what you want the AI to do. Available options:
- Answer comment – Suggests a reply based on the task and previous communication.
- Continue writing – Extends the text you’ve started typing.
- Explain this – Breaks down or clarifies a selected piece of text.
- Fix spelling and grammar – Corrects mistakes in your writing.
- Improve writing – Makes the message more clear, fluent, or professional.
- Translate to language – Translates your text into another language.
The selected action runs automatically. You’ll see the result in an AI popup and can choose to copy, retry, or replace the highlighted text with the result.
