Using the AI Project Status Feature in Project AI

How to Use the AI Project Status Feature
Step 1: Open the Project
Go to the project where you want to generate a status report.
Step 2: Make Sure the Module Is Active
In the project’s Project Settings, check that the AI Project Status module is enabled. Once enabled, it will appear as a separate tab in the top menu (next to Dashboard, Tasks, Gantt, etc.).
Step 3: Open the "AI Project Status" Tab
Click the AI Project Status tab. What happens next depends on your situation:
- If no report has been created yet, you will be prompted to create a new one. To do this:
- Fill in a report name
- Select which task categories to summarize:
- Completed tasks
- Updated tasks
- Scheduled tasks
- Problematic tasks
- Choose the time frame (e.g., Week)
- Optionally enable the repeat report automatically toggle
- If a report already exists, the most recent one will be shown by default — filled with project data in the selected sections.
- If repeating is enabled, it will be visible in the right panel, next to the report history.
Step 4: Use Report Options
At the top of each generated report, you can:
- Copy the report content
- Copy a link to the report
- Delete the report
- Stop repeating (if it was scheduled to generate automatically)

Troubleshooting
- The “AI Project Status” tab is missing:
