Using the AI Project Planner in Project AI

How to Use the AI Project Planner

Step 1: Start Creating a New Project

Click the plus button at the top of the screen and select Project from the dropdown.

Step 2: Choose "AI Project Planner"

In the project creation window, select the AI Project Planner option. It appears alongside the options for creating a custom project or using a template.

Step 3: Enter or Upload Project Input

You can either:

Type a detailed project description with goals, phases, and responsibilities
OR
Upload a PDF file (such as a contract or quotation)

Step 4: Generate the Project

Click the button to generate your project. The AI will analyze the input and create:

A task structure in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Timeline and dependencies in the Gantt chart
A project summary displayed on the project dashboard

Step 5: Continue Project Editing (if needed)

After the project is created, it behaves like any standard project in Easy8. You can open it and edit tasks, deadlines, team members, and other project details as usual.
