Introduction
This reference lists and explains all contextual menu options available when managing users in Administration > Users, by clicking the three dots at the end of a user’s record.

Definition of User Management Options
| Name | Description |

| Add to group | Add the user to one or more existing groups. |
| Change working time calendar to: | Assign a different working time calendar to the user. |
| Edit | Open the user profile in edit mode to update user details. |
| Lock | Lock the user account, preventing login and access. |
| Anonymize | Anonymize the user’s personal data to comply with privacy policies (like GDPR). |
| Delete | Permanently delete the user account. This action is irreversible. |
| Generate password | Generate a new password for the user automatically. |
| Must change password at next log in | Force the user to change their password the next time they log in. |
| Select page template: | Assign a custom dashboard template to the user. |
| Managed in Agile RM | Mark the user to be managed within Agile Resource Management. |
| Do not manage in Agile RM | Mark the user to not be managed within Agile Resource Management. |
| Activate Easy AI assistants | Enable AI assistant features for the user. |
| Deactivate Easy AI assistants | Disable AI assistant features for the user. |
Usage Notes
- Locking a user does not delete their data — the user can be unlocked later if needed.
- Anonymizing a user is a GDPR-compliance action and cannot be undone.
- Delete should be used carefully as it removes the user permanently.
- Activate/Deactivate Easy AI assistants controls access to AI-enhanced features for tasks and projects.
Warning
Be careful when using Delete or Anonymize, as these actions cannot be undone.

- Locking a user who leaves the company but keeping their records for future reference.
- Forcing a password change after manual password reset.
