Usage Notes
- Corner Situation – Incomplete Logs: If users don’t finish the task timer properly, the report might miss some entries. Always finalize time logs manually.
- Corner Situation – Project Filtering: Time from subprojects may or may not appear depending on filter hierarchy settings. Use "Include Subprojects" option.
- Corner Situation – Billable Time: The Billable flag must be enabled globally to see these values in reports.
- Corner Situation – Chart Display Issues: Large datasets or missing grouping can cause charts to appear empty. Apply filters before switching chart types.
Examples
Example 1: A team leader adds a Spent Time Widget to their dashboard, filters by project and activity, and selects a bar chart to review team hours per task type.
Example 2: An administrator accesses the Personal Statement report to export an individual user’s monthly work log.
