How to Set Up Knowledge Base
Knowledge Base is the successor of an older (independent) plugin - Knowledge Base.
Step 1: Understand Deployment Options
There are two deployment types for Knowledge Base:
- Cloud – everything is handled automatically.
- Server – requires manual deployment using a Docker image.
Step 2: Setup on Cloud
- When the KB add-on is activated, a KB instance is automatically created and linked.
- You will see a new item in the Global menu.
- You can start using KB right away.
Tip: KB behaves like any other standard functionality once activated.
Step 3: Setup on Server
- Use the provided Docker image to run the KB in your infrastructure.
- After deployment, go to Easy8 Administration.
