How It Works

AI Project Planner

The AI Project Planner allows you to enter a written project description or upload a PDF file (such as a contract or quotation) upon Project creation. The assistant reads your input, identifies action items, and automatically creates a project plan. The result includes:

  • Tasks structured in the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
  • Timeline and dependencies in the Gantt chart
  • Project overview shown on the project dashboard

The results can be adjusted, copied, regenerated, and rated with feedback.

AI Project Status

This feature appears as a dedicated tab in the project menu (e.g., next to Dashboard, Tasks, Gantt). It must be activated as a project module in the specific project settings.

Once enabled, the assistant generates a clear project update grouped into sections such as:

  • Completed tasks
  • Updated tasks
  • Scheduled tasks
  • Problematic tasks

Reports are stored directly in the AI Project Status tab. The sidebar displays report history and allows users to switch between reports.
