Project AI is a group of smart assistants that support users in project creation and reporting. It includes:

These tools help users go from idea or contract to structured execution and communication — quickly and accurately.

How It Works

AI Project Planner

The AI Project Planner allows you to enter a written project description or upload a PDF file (such as a contract or quotation) upon Project creation. The assistant reads your input, identifies action items, and automatically creates a project plan. The result includes:

Tasks structured in the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
Timeline and dependencies in the Gantt chart
Project overview shown on the project dashboard

The results can be adjusted, copied, regenerated, and rated with feedback.

AI Project Status

This feature appears as a dedicated tab in the project menu (e.g., next to Dashboard, Tasks, Gantt). It must be activated as a project module in the specific project settings.

Once enabled, the assistant generates a clear project update grouped into sections such as:

Completed tasks
Updated tasks
Scheduled tasks
Problematic tasks

Reports are stored directly in the AI Project Status tab. The sidebar displays report history and allows users to switch between reports.

At the top of each report, users can:

Copy the report content
Copy a direct link to the report
Delete the report
Stop automatic repeating (if enabled)

This helps teams share progress in a clean, professional format with no manual writing.

Upload a signed quotation to the AI Project Planner. It generates a full WBS with deadlines, and pre-fills your Gantt.
Before a client meeting, open the AI Project Status tab and copy the latest report for your email or presentation.
