How to Manage Permissions for Easy Buttons
Step 1: Open Roles and Permissions
- Go to Administration → Roles and Permissions
- Select the role you want to update (e.g., Manager, Developer, etc.)
Step 2: Assign Easy Button Permissions
- Find the section labeled Easy Buttons
- Enable one or both of the following:
- Manage Easy Buttons – Allows the user to create and edit buttons
- Execute Easy Buttons – Allows the user to click and use buttons
- Click Save to apply the changes
Step 3: Access Easy Buttons
- Users with permission can now go to the Global Menu → Easy Buttons
- This page shows all existing Easy Buttons
Step 4: Create a New Easy Button
- Click the New Button option in the upper-right corner of the Easy Buttons page
- Follow the setup instructions to define the action, label, and settings for the button
