Definition of New User Options

Name Description
Login Username the user will use to log in. Required field.
First Name User’s first name. Required field.

Language Default language for the user's interface.
User Type Defines the user’s access model (e.g., Team Member).

Hide notification about password expiration Disable reminders about password expiry.
Disable automatic loading Disable some automatic loading features for better performance.
View all spent time User can view all spent time records (not just their own).
Warn me when leaving a page with unsaved text Shows a warning popup if leaving a page with unsaved text.
Font used for text areas Choose default font style for text editing areas.
