Introduction
This guide explains how to export tables and timelines from Resource Management. You can use this feature to create print-ready documents or share visual planning data in PDF format.

- Access to Global or Project Resource Management
- Visible data you wish to export (tasks, allocations, users, etc.)
How to Export from Resource Management
Step 1: Open Resource Management
- Go to More menu >> Resource Management or open the Resource Management tab on a specific project
- Set the desired view (Day, Week, Month, etc.)
- Adjust filters to include the data you want to export
Step 2: Export Using the Print Button
- Click the Print button in the bottom-left corner of the Resource Management screen
- This opens your browser’s print dialog
Step 3: Save as PDF
- In the browser print dialog, select "Save as PDF" as the destination
- You can also use external tools such as Foxit Reader or PDFCreator to customize export format or layout
- Click Save or Print depending on the dialog
📌 Note: Most actions described in this article can also be performed in the project-level Resource Management. To access it, go to a specific project and click the "Resource Management" tab. The functionality is almost identical, but it will only display and apply to tasks and users related to that specific project.
