How to Work with Partners
Introduction
On the Partners page, you can manage your partner network, including viewing company profiles, their consultants, managed accounts, CRM cases, and performance insights. You can also add new partners, consultants, leads, and opportunities. This guide shows you how to use each of these features step by step.
Target Audience

Creating a New Partner
- Open the Global menu in the top right corner.
- Click CRM under the Platform section.
- In the right sidebar, click Partners.
- Click the New Partner button.
- Fill out the required fields (company name, partner level, contact info, etc.).
- Click Save.
Viewing and Filtering Partners
- Click the Data button in the right sidebar to view all partners.
- Use the Saved filters management feature to create and save your own partner filters.
Partner Detail Overview
When you open a partner’s detail:
- You see the list of related consultants and their contact information.
- You can also view the partner’s managed accounts, managed CRMs, and tabs with comments, history, and sales activities.
Editing or Deleting a Partner
- Click the Edit button in the right sidebar to make changes.
- After editing, click Update.
- To delete, click the Delete button and confirm the action.
Adding a New Consultant
- In the partner's detail view, click the New Consultant button.
- A personal contact form opens.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Click Save.
Creating a New Lead
- In the partner's detail view, click the New Lead button.
- Fill in the required fields in the form.
- Click Save.
Creating a New Opportunity
- In the partner's detail view, click the New Opportunity button.
- Fill out the opportunity form.
- Click Save.
Managing Sales Activities
Add a Sales Activity
- Click the Sales activities tab in the partner’s detail.
- Fill out the activity form.
- Click Save.
Edit a Sales Activity
- Hover over the activity you want to change.
- Click the pen icon on the right.
- Make your edits and click Save.
Delete a Sales Activity
- Hover over the activity you want to remove.
- Click the trash bin icon on the right.
- Click OK to confirm deletion.
Tip
Use the <strong>Partner Forecasts</strong> tab to track estimated performance metrics per partner.
Corner case
If a consultant is missing from the list but exists in the system, check their assigned partner tag and visibility settings.
Warning
Be careful when deleting a partner. All associated data like consultants or opportunities may also be affected.
