Where to Find Leads

  1. Go to the Global menu >> CRM
  2. Click Leads in the right sidebar menu

The Leads page shows:

  • Lead categories like Open Leads, No Touch Leads, Incoming Leads
  • Widgets for daily activity like Calls on Leads and No Action
  • Tabs for switching views: Intraday, Stats, FreePool, Conversions, Splitter Control

In the right sidebar, you can:
