How to Work with Contracts

Introduction

The Contracts page allows you to manage all your existing contracts. A contract is a record of a closed business deal and is linked to a product category. Product categories define contract types such as software, implementation, or support services.

Each contract contains detailed records of what was delivered, making it useful for recurring services like subscriptions. Contracts are commonly used for continuous integration and automation of service delivery.
