How to Work with Campaigns
Introduction
This article shows how to work with campaigns in Easy8. You will learn how to create, edit, archive, or unarchive a campaign. You will also see how to use the right sidebar to manage filters and view related leads or opportunities.

Prerequisites
- CRM plugin must be active.
- At least one campaign status must be set in:
Global menu >> Administration >> Categories >> CRM >> Campaign status.
Tip
Use <strong>Active</strong> for active campaigns and <strong>Archived</strong> for archived ones by default.
Steps
Create a new campaign
- Open the Global menu in the top right corner.
- Select CRM from the Platform section.
- Click Campaigns from the right sidebar menu.
- Click the New Campaign button.
- Fill in the required fields and click Save.
Corner case
If no campaign status is defined, you cannot save the new campaign. Make sure to create one under Administration first.
Edit a campaign
- Open the campaign detail from the list.
- Click Edit from the right sidebar menu.
- Update the fields as needed and click Update.
Budget settings for the project
- In campaign detail, click Budgets from the right sidebar.
- Select Budget settings to open the project's budget settings.
Archive a campaign
- In campaign detail, click Archive from the right sidebar.
- In the campaign editor, set Easy campaign status to Archived.
- Click Save.
Unarchive a campaign
- In campaign detail, click Unarchive from the right sidebar.
- In the campaign editor, change Easy campaign status back to Active.
- Click Save.
Viewing campaign-related data
View open leads
- Click the Open leads button in campaign detail.
- Expand the section using the plus icon.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the desired lead to open it.
View opportunities
- Click the Opportunities button in campaign detail.
- Expand the section using the plus icon.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the desired opportunity.
View disqualified leads
- Click the Disqualified leads button.
- Expand the section using the plus icon.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the desired disqualified lead.
Tip
To quickly filter and analyze campaigns, use the <strong>Saved filters management</strong> under the <strong>Data</strong> section in the right sidebar.
