How to Use the Sprint Overview Board

Step 1: Open the Sprint Overview

Go to your project
Select the Sprint Overview Board
Choose the active sprint you want to review

This board provides an overview of goals, backlog connection, team boards, and sprint progress.

Step 2: Define and Review Goals

Click Add goal to describe your sprint objectives
Goals are visible throughout the sprint for alignment

Step 3: Plan and Monitor Progress

See the sprint status: In planning, In progress, or Closed
