How to Use Tags

Step 1: Add Tags to an Item

Tags can be added to:

  • Tasks
  • CRM Cases
  • Knowledge Posts
  1. Open the task, CRM item, or knowledge post.
  2. In the right sidebar, find the Tags section.
  3. Click the icon next to the label to expand the tag input field.
  4. Type a keyword:
    • Select from the list of existing tags, or
    • Create a new tag by entering custom text and pressing Enter
  5. The tag will appear below the input field.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Step 2: View and Manage All Tags
