How to Use Project News
Step 1: Add and View Project News
To use the News feature:
- Navigate to the News tab in the project menu
- You can subscribe to news updates using the Watch link or Atom feed
- Click on the Add news link to add news if you have the Manage news permission
Step 2: Add News and Comments
To add news:
- Click on the Add news link in the news widget's contextual menu
- Use the HTML editor toolbar to write and format news content
If you have Comment news permission, you can comment on news items. You can also enable notifications for new comments by clicking Watch on the news page.
