How to Use CRM on the Global Level

How to Use Global-Level CRM
Step 1: Open the Global CRM Overview
- Go to the Global menu >> CRM
- You will be taken to the default CRM overview page
Step 2: Explore the Default CRM Page
This overview typically shows:
- Revenues per period
- Team performance
- Top performers
- Active subscriptions from contracts
Use the calendar icons or select a specific date to adjust what period the widgets display.
Customizing the Global CRM Page
- Scroll down to the bottom of the dashboard
- Click Customise this page
- Add, remove, or rearrange widgets (such as Revenues, Top Performers, etc.)
- Click Save page and go back
