Introduction
The Inline Editing Menu in Easy8’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) allows users to quickly update tasks directly within the mind map view. This feature helps save time and streamlines task management without switching to a separate task editor.

Steps
1. Open the Inline Editing Menu
- In the WBS view, right-click on any task, subtask, or project
- A menu will appear with quick editing options
- Edit the task data if needed
2. Update Task Properties
From the inline menu, you can directly modify task details such as:
- Tracker
- Priority
- Status
3. Manage Task Structure
In the same menu, you can:
- Add a child task
- Add a sibling task
- Add a parent
- Expand or collapse task levels
- Delete the selected task
4. Edit Multiple Tasks at Once
- Press and hold the CTRL key
- Click multiple tasks with the left mouse button
- Right-click on any selected task to open the menu
- Apply changes to all selected tasks at once
