Introduction
Easy Gantt allows you to visualize cash flow directly in your project timeline—if the Money plugin is installed. This feature displays planned incomes and expenses across time, helping project managers stay on top of financial performance alongside scheduling.

Steps
1. Enable the Cash Flow View
- Open Easy Gantt (project-level or global-level)
- In project-level Gantt, first click Tools, then unhide the Cash flow button
- Click the Cash flow button in the top-right controls
Note: The button appears only if the Money plugin is installed.
2. View Cash Flow on the Timeline
- A new horizontal line appears above the timeline
- This line shows cash balances (planned income and expenses)
- Values are grouped by selected periods: day, week, or month
- Cash flow for individual projects appears directly on their bars
3. Expand Project Details
- Use the [+] button next to a parent project to open subproject details
- Subproject cash flow lines will be visible beneath their parent
4. Hide the Cash Flow View
- Click the Cash flow button again to toggle the view off
Editing Cash Flow
To change the displayed balances:
- Go to the Project Budgets module
- Edit or update planned incomes and expenses
- These updates are reflected automatically in the Gantt chart view
