How to Review Easy AI Feedback as an Administrator
Introduction
This guide shows administrators how to find and review feedback submitted by users on Easy AI results in Easy8. This feedback helps identify which responses work well and where improvements are needed.

- At least one AI assistant already in use by users
How to Review AI Feedback
Step 1: Open the AI Assistant Dashboard
Go to the global menu and navigate to Administration >> AI Assistant Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on "Feedbacks"
In the right sidebar, click Feedbacks. This opens a list of all feedback submitted by users across the system.
Step 3: Understand the Feedback Overview
The feedback list includes these columns:
- Feature – The AI feature used (e.g. “ask” for Knowledge Assistant)
- Evaluation – User rating: “like” or “dislike”
- Collection – The data source used
- Prompt template – The prompt used for the result
- Prompt output – The actual AI-generated response
- User comment – Any additional feedback provided by the user
💡 Tip: You can scroll or filter to review results more easily.
Step 4: Filter and Analyze Feedback
Use the Filters and Options buttons to:
- Focus on specific features or templates
- Identify frequently liked or disliked prompts
- Track issues linked to specific collections
Step 5: Use Feedback to Improve Prompts
If feedback indicates poor results, you can:
- Edit or replace the related prompt template
- Assign a different collection
- Set the prompt to Testing visibility
🛑 Note: Built-in prompts cannot be edited or deleted. Custom prompts can be replaced.
Troubleshooting
- No feedback entries are visible: → Ensure AI assistants are in use and users are submitting feedback.
- Blank comment field: → User may have rated without leaving a note. Ask for specific feedback.
