How to Reorder Easy Buttons
Step 1: Access the Easy Buttons Section
- Go to Administration → Easy Buttons
- Here, you’ll see a list of all existing Easy Buttons
Step 2: Click the Reorder Option
- Find and click the Reorder button near the top of the Easy Buttons page
Step 3: Drag and Drop Buttons
- Use drag-and-drop to rearrange the buttons into your preferred order
- The button at the top of the list will appear first on the task view
- All other buttons will follow in the listed order
Step 4: Save the New Order
- After setting the desired order, click Save to apply the changes
