How to Manage Team Members and Skills in Agile RM
Introduction
This guide explains how to manage project workers and their skills in Agile Resource Management. You will learn how to add or remove people from Agile projects, view their skills, and adjust who is assigned to specific timelines.

Prerequisites
- Access to Agile Resource Management via the global menu
- Roles and permissions set to allow adding/removing workers
- Proper skills and team data entered via Administration >> Categories
How to Manage Workers and Skills
Step 1: Open Agile Resource Management
- Go to Global menu >> Agile Resources
- Find the project you want to manage in the left column
- Use the timeline to identify where changes are needed
Step 2: Add or Remove Project Workers
- Click the three-dot icon next to a project name
- Choose “Add worker” or “Remove project”
- A dialog will let you select from available users to assign them to this project
- After adding a user, their timeline bar appears instantly
🛈 Tip: You can remove a user by removing the whole project or changing team setup.
Step 3: View and Use Skills
- Click the display settings (top right menu)
- Enable “Show skills”
- Now each user will display skill tags next to their name
Skills are defined in:
Administration >> Categories >> Agile Resource Management section
These skills help you assign the right people based on their expertise.
Step 4: Manage Skills Visibility
You can toggle skill visibility depending on what you want to focus on:
- If planning by team only → disable skills
- If planning based on qualifications → enable skills
This gives you flexibility in visualizing either workload or capabilities.
