- Some projects, teams, or skills already set up
- Permission to use filters and save views
How to Use and Save Filters
Step 1: Open Agile Resource Management
- Go to Global menu >> Agile Resources
- You’ll see the full timeline with all visible projects and teams
Step 2: Open Filter Options
- Click on the “Filters” button in the upper-right area
- Then click “Add filter” to choose from available filtering options:
- Projects
- Teams
- Skills
- Date ranges
Once selected, define the criteria (e.g. team = “Backend”, skill = “UX”).
Step 3: Apply the Filter
- Your timeline updates immediately to show only the filtered content
- You can combine multiple filters (e.g. Project + Skill)
🛈 Tip: Filtered views help reduce noise when managing specific Agile deliveries or cross-project teams.
Step 4: Save and Tag the Filter
- After applying filters, click Save filters
- Name the filter and optionally check “Tagged in heading”
- Saved filters appear as clickable tabs above the timeline
This allows quick switching between different planning views.
Step 5: Manage Filters
- To update or remove a saved filter, click the gear icon next to it
- You can edit its rules or delete it entirely
Conclusion
Filters in Agile Resource Management help you focus on exactly what matters—specific teams, projects, or skills. With saved and tagged filters, you can switch between views in just one click.
