Introduction
In Easy8’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), you can easily export the mind map view of your project into a PDF file for printing or sharing. This is useful for meetings, presentations, or placing a printed version on your wall for easy reference.

- Access to the WBS tab of a project
Steps
1. Open the WBS View
- Go to your project
- Click on the WBS tab in the project menu to open the mind map view
2. Export the WBS
You can export the WBS to PDF in two ways:
Option A: Keyboard Shortcut
- Press Ctrl + P on your keyboard
- Your browser’s print dialog will open
- Choose Save as PDF or send directly to your printer
Option B: Use the Interface
- Click on the Other actions button in the upper right corner
- Select the Export option
- Follow the prompts to generate and save the PDF file
