How to Configure EVM Roles and Permissions
Step 1: Open Roles and Permissions
- Go to the Global menu
- Click on Administration
- Select Roles and permissions
Step 2: Select a Role
- Choose the role you want to configure (e.g., Manager, Developer, etc.)
Step 3: Configure Earned Value Permissions
- Scroll down to the Easy Earned values section
- Enable permissions to:
- View earned values
- Edit earned values
Step 4: Grant Baseline Permissions
- To allow users to define or use Planned Value data, also enable permissions to:
- View baselines
- Edit baselines
Step 5: Save Changes
- Click Save to apply the permissions to the selected role
