Introduction
Knowing the version of Easy8 you are using is helpful for troubleshooting, support requests, or when planning upgrades. There are two ways to find this information, depending on your access rights.

- Admin rights (optional but allows access to more detailed version data)
Steps
1. Open the Version Page
Anyone can check the basic version of Easy8 by navigating to the following path:
/admin/version
Just type it directly after your domain in the browser’s navigation bar.
Example:
https://yourcompany.easyredmine.com/admin/version
This page will show the version number of the Easy8 system you are currently using.
2. Admin Info Page (for Admins Only)
If you are an administrator, you can access more detailed system information, including plugin versions and environment details. Use this path:
/admin/info
This page includes:
- Version number
- Installed plugins and their versions
- Server information
- Ruby and Rails versions
- Database info

- You will see your Easy8 version on the
/admin/versionpage - Admins can view plugin and server info on the
/admin/infopage
Troubleshooting
- Access denied on /admin/info: Make sure you are logged in as an administrator
- Page not loading: Check for typos in the URL or confirm you have access to the system
