How to Activate Document Management System on a Project
Step 1: Open Project Settings
- Go to the specific project where you want to enable Easy DMS
- Click on Settings in the project menu
Step 2: Enable the DMS Module
- In the project settings, go to the Modules tab
- Find and tick the checkbox labeled DMS
- Click Save to apply the changes
Step 3: Confirm Activation
- After saving, the DMS and Approval workflows tabs will appear in the top menu of the project
Step 4: Set Up Notifications
- Each project member with the appropriate permissions can configure email notifications for DMS documents and folders
