How to Access Knowledge Base
Step 1: Access via Global Menu
- Open the Global menu (top right corner)
- Go to the Add-ons section
- Click on Knowledge Base
This opens the main page of the Knowledge Base application.
Step 2: Use the KB Search in the Top Menu
- Locate the search icon in the top menu
- Enter your search keyword
- Click on one of the search results to open the article directly in KB
Tip: This search scans through all indexed content in the KB.
Note: The icon may look slightly different to help distinguish between old and new KB during transition.
Step 3: Access Related Articles from a Task
- Go to the task detail of any task
- If the task has related articles, they will be shown in a section within the task
- Click on a related article to view it in KB
Note: The search here looks only through article titles, not full content.
