Introduction
This guide shows you how to access the Earned Value Management (EVM) module in Easy8. EVM is a project-based tool that must be enabled along with supporting modules to track project performance through planned and actual values.

How to Access Earned Value Management
Step 1: Enable Required Modules
- Open the specific project
- Go to Project controls >> Modules
- Check the boxes for:
- Earned Value (EV)
- Easy Gantt
- Easy Baselines
- Click Save
Step 2: Access the EVM Module
- After enabling, the Earned Value tab will appear in the top project menu
- Click the tab to open the EVM dashboard and view performance data
Step 3: Create a Project Baseline
- To generate the planned value chart line, you must create a project baseline using the Easy Baselines module
- The EVM module compares actual performance data against this baseline
