How to Use Page Assignments
Step 1: Understand the Purpose of Assignments
- Reminders: Helps users track which pages are assigned to them.
- Expiration Listing: Displays pages nearing expiration in dedicated views.
- User Management: Allows users to manage their assigned pages from their personal tool menu.
Step 2: Assign a User or Group to a Page
- Click on Set page assignments in the page tools.
- Type the name of a user or group into the "Add assignments..." box.
- Click the Done button.
- Optionally, repeat to add more users or groups.
Step 3: View Assigned Pages
- Go to your Personal Tool by clicking your avatar icon in the top-right corner.
