Introduction
Easy8’s Risk Management module is available on two levels: global and project. Each serves a different purpose and audience. While the project level focuses on risks tied to one specific project, the global level provides a cross-project view with tools for broader analysis and reporting.

Global Risk Management
To open the global-level risk overview:
- Go to the Global menu > Risks
This view shows all risks across all projects, categorized by severity, assignee, project, and other dimensions. Users can apply filters to focus on specific departments, authors, or risk statuses. It is ideal for roles like Risk Manager or PMO that require oversight of the entire organization’s risk landscape.
Project Risk Management
To access project-specific risk data:
- Open your project
- Go to Project > Risks
- Ensure the Risks module is enabled under Project controls > Modules
This view only includes risks defined within the current project. It is designed for project managers and team members who need to manage and respond to risks tied to their project tasks.
