How to Create a New Project

Step 1: Navigate to the Project Creation Page

1. Open Easy8 and log in.
2. In the top navigation menu click the yeallow plus button.
3. Click Project to start the creation process.

Step 2: Define Basic Project Details

1. Enter Project Name – Provide a clear and descriptive project title.
2. Set Project Description – Make it clear and informative.
3. Select Parent Project (if applicable) – Choose a parent project if your new project is a subproject.
4. Specify Project Owner and Manager - Project owner is the main stakeholder, project manager is the reponsible one.
