How to Bulk Edit Tasks
Step 1: Select Tasks
- Open the task list from a project or the main menu.
- Apply filters to narrow down the list, if needed.
- Check the boxes next to the tasks you want to modify.
Step 2: Method 1 – Quick Edits from Context Menu
- Right-click on one of the selected tasks.
- The context menu will appear with direct edit options for individual fields like:
- Assignee
- Status
- Priority
- Tracker
- Hover over the desired field and select a new value from the dropdown.
- The change will be instantly applied to all selected tasks.
