How to Attach Files to a Task
Step 1: Open the Task
- Go to any project and open a task where you want to add files.
- Click Edit Task to access the editable form.
Step 2: Upload Files
- Locate the Attachments section:
- In an existing task, it is displayed next to the Comment field.
- In a new task form, it is located in the top-right corner.
- Click Choose File or drag and drop files into the upload area.
- You can attach multiple files at once.
- Optionally, add a description for each file.
- Click Save to upload and attach the files to the task.
💡 Tip: Uploaded files will be displayed in the task’s detail view under the attachments section.
How to View, Download, or Update Attachments
- Open the task where files have been attached.
- In the Attachments section, each file is listed in its own row.
- At the end of each row, you'll see several icons:
- Online Editing
- Short URL
- Upload New Version
- Show Version History
- Delete
- Click a filename to download or preview it directly.

How to Remove or Replace Files
- In the Attachments section of the task, locate the file you want to manage.
- Use the available icons to take action:
