How to Approve Attendance for Subordinates
Step 1:
Go to Global menu > Administration > Plugins > Other, and activate the plugin called Easy – Organisation Structure.
Step 2:
Create your organization structure by assigning users to managers or leads who will be approving attendance.
Step 3:
Go to Global menu > Administration > Roles and permissions, and assign the permission Approve/reject attendance for subordinates to the proper user roles.
Step 4:
Users with this permission will now be able to approve or reject attendance records of their subordinates.
Step 5:
For easier approval workflow, create a filter in the Attendance List view to quickly find records that are waiting for approval.
