What is Aura in Easy8?
Aura is the AI assistant built into Easy8. It helps you find and summarise tasks, PBIs, projects, attendance and comments, prepare reports, and create or update Easy8 records when you ask it to. Aura is not a separate user or an administrator. It runs every operation under the permissions of the signed-in Easy8 user, so it sees what you see and nothing more.
Aura can read and manage Easy8 data, including tasks, PBIs, time, attendance, users, projects, and connected knowledge sources. When asked, it can also create or update tasks, comments, statuses, assignments, PBIs, time records, watchers, and personal settings through verified Easy8 operations.
Its access is limited by the signed-in user’s permissions, request scope, active plugins, and relevant project or entity restrictions. Aura does not act independently in the background, except for limited Aura Memory updates, and it never bypasses permissions or guesses when information is missing or ambiguous.
